Job Description Our Outside School Hours Care service, OSHClub , is looking for a passionate Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children. The services are located in the Subiaco area. It is ideally placed for anyone located in Swanbourne, Claremont, Nedlands, Subiaco and Floriat suburbs. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 37.50 hours per week (guaranteed minimum) to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators. You will work across split shifts to support the service's operating hours of Monday - Friday, 6:45am - 9:00am (Rise then Shine Program) and 3:00pm - 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program). About the role As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership: You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage. You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
